
New owner for Windy City goes 2-0 in first weekend of ownership

New Owner 2-0: Windy City Dawgs win loss record was 4-7; now under new owner Bob Fischer the team is 6-7 as Windy City defeated Waterloo this weekend in back to back games (Friday and Saturday) 118-114 and 120-110 at Harper College.
Leading Scorers: In the Friday game Derek Molis connected on six three-pointers and finished with 22 points to lead the team to victory. In the Saturday game, Brandon Moore put up 23 points with Derek Molis not far behind with 19 points.
Next Game: Windy City will be tested on Friday when it plays the high scoring Grand Rapids Flight (11-4) at 7:30pm at Harper College in Palatine.
Kids Get in Free: Bob Fischer, local resident and owner of a software development company, would like to invite Windy City basketball fans to this Friday's games against Grand Rapidsâand would also like to extend an invitation to childrenâkids 17 and under will get in for free.
