Elgin, IL-The Elgin Racers have announced that Brandon Watkins will be back in a Racers' uniform for the 2008 season, the team's third in the International Basketball League.
Watkins, 6'0", was an All-Big 10 performer at Penn State University in 2002-'03, and led the Nittany Lions to three consecutive NCAA tournament berths in 2000, 2001 and 2002.
