
New Mexico Stars Sign Former Aggie And Two Former Lobos To Player Contracts

(Rio Rancho, NM) The New Mexico Stars are pleased to announce the addition of two former University of New Mexico defensive players DeAndre Wright, and Tray Hardaway, as well as, former New Mexico State running back Seth Smith.

The New Mexico Stars begin play at the Santa Ana Star Center on Sunday, February 26th where they will kick off their inaugural season at 3 pm. The Stars organization will also honor the Cleveland High School football team at the home opener.
Two of the signees bring NFL experience to the New Mexico Stars, as Smith played for the San Francisco 49ers and Wright has played with the New York Giants, Cleveland Browns, and Minnesota Vikings.
Hardaway brings IFL experience with him as he returns to New Mexico after playing for the West Texas Roughnecks last season.
