New Logo for Vixens Unveiled

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC â The Charleston Swamp Foxes' today unveiled a new logo for its dance team, the Vixens. The logo is the first of its kind for the two-year old dance squad.
Graphics designers at A World of Difference, Inc, a local Internet company, designed the logo.
Karen Delamere, who is in her second season as the choreographer for the Vixens, is excited about the new addition for her squad.
"It's great to have a logo for the squad, especially one with a feminine look," said Delamere. "We are the softer side of the Swamp Foxes and the logo represents that very well. Having a logo will also help in our identity and give us another visual element to use in marketing the team."
The Vixens, which literally means female fox, are an integral part of the Swamp Foxes' Arena Football experience. The 21-girl squad performs at every 2003 home game and makes numerous appearances around the Lowcountry.
Two area businesses â We Come to You Car Wash and Trinity Auto Glass â are proud sponsors of the Vixens' dance team for this season.
The Vixens will be active this weekend, participating in several events around town. Fans can catch the lovely ladies at Sam's Club in North Charleston on Friday afternoon, 3:00 â 6:00 pm and Saturday morning 11:00 am â 2:00 pm. Members of the squad will also be participating in the "Relay for Life" event held downtown at Joseph Riley ball park Friday night.
And of course, you can catch the Ladies with the Greatest Moves on Turf on Swamp Fox Saturday's in the tailgate zone at the North Charleston Coliseum as they assist "We Come to You Car Wash" with $5.00 car washes. The Vixens will also be performing as the Swamp Foxes' battle the Florida Firecats at 7:30 pm this Saturday night.
