Need a Valentine? Win a Date with a Local TV Sports Anchor at Tuesday's FM Jets Game

Fargo (ND) Area women in need of a valentine may be able to find their solution thanks to the Fargo-Moorhead Jets Junior Hockey team. The FM Jets will take on the Helena Bighorns in there first ever Valentine's Day game on Tuesday February 17 at 8:05 p.m.

In addition, female fans may register to win a date during the game. KVRR (Fox) Sports Director Scott Heinle will be the featured guest as the FM Jets' play the "dating game".

To register, stop by the fan service window at the home games February 10 and 11 to register to participate in the contest on Feb. 14. Participants must be 21 or older to take part in the contest. Three contestants will be chosen to compete in "The Dating Game" during the first intermission. The winner will receive a dinner for two with Scott Heinle at a local restaurant.

Other activities will include a kissing booth, couples contests and merchandise giveaways. The first 100 fans at the door will also receive a flower or valentine from the players.

The FM Jets are the 2005 Borne Cup Champions and are in their third season as members of the North American Hockey League. The NAHL is the nation's largest Junior A hockey league and is now in its 30th year of operation.

Jets home games are played at the John E. Carlson Coliseum in Fargo, ND. All games are broadcast at 103.9 THE TRUCK and fmjets.com.
