NBA D-LEAGUE ANNOUNCED PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA AS PRESENTING PARTNER FOR GAMES ON VERSUS
The NBA Development League, the NBA's official minor league, today announced Papa John's as the presenting partner of NBA D-League games on VERSUS through the remainder of the 2010 regular season. Through this partnership, Papa John's will use its presence in NBA D-League game telecasts to bring "Papa to the House" and emphasize its "Better Ingredients. Better Pizza" brand image. The partnership was launched Feb. 20 on VERSUS when the Sioux Falls Skyforce hosted the Dakota Wizards. NBA D-League regular season games air on VERSUS each Saturday at 11 p.m. ET with playoff coverage beginning on Saturday, April 10. All games are presented in HD.
IOWA'S CURTIS STINSON NAMED NBA D-LEAGUE PERFORMER OF THE WEEK
Iowa Energy point guard Curtis Stinson was today named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played during the week of Feb. 15, 2010. The award is Stinson's first this season, and the second of his NBA D-League career. Stinson led the Energy to a 3-0 record last week, including victories at Los Angeles, Idaho and Utah. During the week Stinson collected double-digit assists in all three victories, while scoring 16 points against Los Angeles and 13 points against Utah. For the week, Stinson averaged 12.7 points, 15.7 assists and 5.7 rebounds.
RIO GRANDE VALLEY'S ANTONIO ANDERSON SIGNS WITH OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER
The Oklahoma City Thunder today signed Antonio Anderson of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers making him the 14th GATORADE Call-Up of the 2009-10 NBA D-League season and the fourth Viper to make the jump to the NBA this season. Anderson joins 70 current NBA players with NBA D-League experience. Anderson, a 6-6 guard out of Memphis, has appeared in 32 games, all starts, for the Vipers this season, averaging 15.5 points, 5.9 assists and 4.0 rebounds in 39.6 minutes. He has scored in double figures 25 times, including a season-high 28 points on three occasions. A four-year contributor at Memphis, Anderson averaged 10.1 points, 4.8 assists and 4.5 rebounds during his senior season when he was named Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year.

Curtis Withers' driving layup with seconds remaining gave the Dakota Wizards a 106-105 home win over the Idaho Stampede. Withers (14 points) was one of six Dakota players to score in double figures. Romel Beck led the Wizards with 15 points. Donell Taylor paced the Stampede with 22 points.

Eight players with NBA D-League experience competed in five NBA games last night, two as starters.
Starting for Washington, Andray Blatche tallied 25 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Chicago.
