National Basketball League of Canada Season Suspended
As a result of the suspension of the season by the National Basketball League of Canada, both Sudbury Five home games scheduled for this weekend against the Halifax Hurricanes and St. John's Edge will no longer take place. Fans who purchased single game tickets for these two games through the Sudbury Arena Box Office with a credit card or online at greatersudbury.ca/tickets will be automatically refunded and will not need to come into the box office. If you purchased by credit card, you will see this return on your card in 5 to 14 business days. Fans who purchased their tickets with debit or cash can visit the Sudbury Arena Box Office next week in order to receive their refunds, you must present your ticket to the game(s) to receive the refund.
The Sudbury Five, in conjunction with the National Basketball League of Canada, will continue to monitor this COVID-19 situation at this time and are committed to the health and safety of our players, officials, fans, staff and general public.
