NASCAR's Bobby Hamilton Jr. to Toss Coin at Kats Game
March 16, 2007 - Arena Football League (1987-2008) (AFL I)
Nashville Kats News Release
NASHVILLE- Nashville native and current NASCAR driver of the #35 Busch Series McDonald's Ford car, Bobby Hamilton Jr., will be in attendance when the Kats take on the Utah Blaze Sunday, March 18, 2007 at 3 p.m. at the Nashville Arena.
An avid, longtime Kats fan, Hamilton will do the coin toss, assist with "Keys to the Game" and will be available to sign autographs at the conclusion of the contest.
The Kats will be looking for their first win of the season when they take on the undefeated Blaze this weekend. Nashville will try to avenge their 63-34 loss to Utah in 2006, suffering the loss in the only meeting between the franchises.
The Kats' next contest will be against the Utah Blaze, Sunday, March 18. Nashville competes in the AFL's Central Division, a talent-rich division that houses the past two ArenaBowl Champions (Chicago Rush 2006, Colorado Crush 2005) and added the Kansas City Brigade in a realignment change.
