
Mystics Announce Final Roster

Washington, D.C. - Vice President and General Manager Angela Taylor announced today the Washington Mystics' 2010 roster. The team will feature perennial all-star Katie Smith, 2009 Most Improved Player, Crystal Langhorne as well as rising stars Lindsey Harding and Marissa Coleman.
"We are extremely excited about the final roster that has been assembled and we look forward to starting to compete for an Eastern Conference Championship tomorrow as we take on the Indiana Fever," said Taylor. " We feel we have depth and versatility at all positions on the roster and individuals who bring a winning mentality to the table."
The Washington Mystics will tip off the 2010 season with a back to back tomorrow against the Eastern Conference Champions, Indiana Fever followed by a match up on Sunday, May 16 at Minnesota Lynx. Washington will host the club's home opener on Friday, May 21, against the New York Liberty. Season and group tickets for the 2010 season are currently on sale and can be purchased by calling the Mystics Sales Office at 1-877-DC-HOOP1 or by visiting the Mystics web site at www.washingtonmystics.com.
