
Murphy Joins Bombers Front Office Sales & Marketing Team

Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers announce the hiring of Dan Murphy as a Sales and Marketing Account Executive.
Murphy, a native of Wooster, Ohio, comes to the Bombers after completing an internship with the ECHL's Florida Everblades during the 2006-2007 season.
"I was able to get a taste of what the ECHL is all about during my time in Florida," Murphy said. "I'm looking forward to working with another championship caliber team in the league."
Murphy completed his undergraduate degree in Sports Administration in 2007 from Kent State University. During his four years at Kent State, Murphy worked within the Athletics Department as a student equipment manager for the schools' intercollegiate teams.
Murphy also has experience as the Operations Manager for the Wooster Little League Baseball organization.
Bombers President Costa Papista stated: "We are very excited to have Dan join our front office team. He brings a lot of enthusiasm and professionalism to the table and I know that our patrons will enjoy working with Dan this season."
The Bombers' Opening Night Extravaganza is Saturday, October 20, against the rival Cincinnati Cyclones (7:00 p.m.) at the Ervin J. Nutter Center. Group tickets for Opening Night are on sale now by calling 775-4747.
