JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - Mullan Named Easton North Star of the Week
The Johnstown Tomahawks are proud to announce that forward Omar Mullan has been named the Easton North Star of the Week for the week of October 7. Mullan had three goals and an assist in the weekend sweep against the Springfield Jr. Blues.
Mullan scored the game-winning goal in Saturday night's 3-2 win over the Jr. Blues, and added a goal and assist in the 3-2 shootout win on Sunday afternoon. Since being traded to the Tomahawks from Amarillo on Sept. 25, Mullan has six points (4-2-6) in five games.
Mullan is the third straight Tomahawks player to win the North Star of the Week, joining Alex Okicki (9/30) and Joe Drabin (9/23).
Johnstown travels to Flint, Mich. for a weekend series against the Michigan Warriors Oct. 11-12, before returning home to take on the Soo Eagles Oct. 24-26.
