
Moye-Moore And Gessner Receive League Honors

Orlando - Orlando Predators FB/LB Marlon Moye-Moore and WR Chas Gessner have been named the AFL's Ironman and Rookie of the Month respectively for the month of March.
Moye-Moore scored a league leading nine rushing touchdowns on 17 carries and registered 26 tackles, three tackles for loss, three pass defenses and one sack on defense in five games. His best performance came during Week 2 when he recorded three rushing touchdowns on three attempts while notching a game-high nine tackles and one tackle for loss on defense.
He is the only player this season to register two rushing touchdowns and at least 4.5 tackles three times.
Moye-Moore also received the AFL's Ironman of the Week honors this week for his performance against Columbus. He scored two rushing touchdowns on seven carries and had 4.5 tackles, one sack and a tackle for loss.
Gessner leads all rookies in receptions (37), receiving yards (376), touchdowns (11), scoring (66 points) and first downs (28) over the course of his first five games. The 6-5 220 pound receiver's best game was in Week 1 against Philadelphia when he recorded a game-high 12 receptions for 110 yards and four touchdowns.
