
Mountaineers re-up with Hounds

WHEELING, WV â The Ohio Valley Greyhounds of the United Indoor Football Association are proud to announce the re-signing of Ken Sandor and Lewis Daniels.
Sandor (6-4, 300) enters his third season on the Greyhounds offensive line. He was signed in May of 2003 and finished solid for the Hounds, filling in for Jason Hupp during the playoffs of the 2003 national championship season. Kenny would then return to the offensive line on a permanent basis in 2004, being named an Atlantic Conference All-Star. Kenny was a major cog in producing the league's leading rusher, Rayshawn Askew.
Sandor played two seasons at West Virginia, starting the last six games of 2001 before starting every game his senior season of 2002. Ken was instrumental in creating daylight for Mountaineer superstar running back Avon Cobourne.
Daniels (6-1, 190) played in ten games for Ohio Valley last season, tallying 28.5 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, and 4 passes defended. Also a former Mountaineer, Lew saw action in all four seasons in Morgantown. The Youngstown, Ohio, native started at corner for part of the 2002 season and was a kick returner his freshman season at WVU.
