Morays change time and location of Lady Morays tryout

The Lady Morays Director Marcia Wooden is pleased to announce the second round of tryouts this January 15th at 11:30 at Shula's Athletic Club in Miami Lakes. The Lady Morays are looking for the brightest and most energetic dancers to entertain the crowd during the Morays home games and help spread the word about the Morays around to South Florida.

The Lady Morays will be required to work all seven home games and attend every practice. Practices will be held two nights a week for 2-3 hours each night. In addition, dancers will need to be available for any appearances throughout the season. Dancers must be 18 years or older.

On hand to assist Lady Morays Director Marcia Wooden will be Disney/ESPN Sports Club announcer Laurie Bailey, professional dancer and co-owner of On Pointe Dance Studio Emmy Rash, Dolphins Safety Shawn Wooden and Dolphins Cheerleaders Alyssa Manzi.

Dance Team registration begins at 11:30am at Shula's Athletic Club, and the cost to register is $15. Tryouts begin at 11:30am and end at 2:30pm.

Applicants must wear a two piece dance outfit with skin toned tights. No thongs please. Registration fees for try-outs are $15.00, cash or money order only. Shula's Athletic Club is located in Miami Lakes at 15150 Bull Run Road. Their phone number is 305-820-8025.
