Moray weekend festivities in store this Sunday

May 13, 2005 - National Indoor Football League (NIFL)
Miami Morays News Release

MIAMI, FL – The great American tradition of tailgating and partying on Sunday is back this Sunday, but the location is a little bit different this time than what South Florida football fans are accustomed to. That is because instead of tailgating at Dolphins Stadium on Sundays, the tailgate has moved to the Morays' game in downtown Miami.

The Morays are inviting everyone to come down to the Miami Arena starting at 1:00 pm to take part in the tailgating festivities. The Beat 103.5 will be on hand with the Beat Street Team and Prince Markie D to give out exciting prizes and merchandise, and Progressive Talk AM 940 will also be there with prizes and merchandise for the Moray fans.

Make sure to come out this Sunday as well to get a chance to meet Hip Hop and Cash Money recording artist Juvenile. A New Orleans native, Juvenile made his debut on Cash Money Records in 1997 with "Solja Rags" and soon had a four-time platinum selling record in "400 Degreez" that featured the hits "Ha" and "Back that Thang Up". Juvenile currently released his fifth solo album earlier this year.

It will also be a "Guns and Hoses" half-time as the City of Miami Police Department will square off against the Metro-Dade Fire Department in an exciting game of flag football during the intermission break.

The Miami Morays next home game is on May 15th at 3:05 PM at the Miami Arena against the New Jersey Xtreme. Tickets are available at the Miami Arena Box Office or through Ticketmaster.
