
Mooseheads acquire 2009 seventh round pick in trade

Halifax Mooseheads have acquired the Quebec Remparts 2009 seventh round pick in a trade Mooseheads' General Manager Marcel Patenaude announced today.
In return, Halifax sent the rights to 20-year-old defenseman Maxime Pomerleau to the Remparts. The Mooseheads had obtained the rights to Pomerleau, a fifth round pick of the Acadie-Bathurst Titan in 2006, from the Montreal Juniors when Montreal placed him on waivers Sep. 05/08.
