ATP Centre, official trainers of the Montreal Juniors
New in the Montreal Junior Hockey League's support team, the ATP Centre is an athlete performance centre specialized in functional training of high caliber athletes. The Centre distinguishes itself by its unique application of functional training in Quebec. Based on physical efficiency and balance, their approach's aim is to reduce the gap between gym training, hockey technique, and the sport's reality on the rink. Marc Carangi, chief trainer, and the ATP team therefore use the most modern methods enabling players to develop their athletic abilities and activate their nervous system. The results are maximized performances, smaller risks of injury and a dynamic and cohesive team, with a winner's mentality no matter the circumstances.
