South Bend Silver Hawks News Release
Peoria, IL - The South Bend Silver Hawks and Peoria Chiefs game on Monday afternoon has been cancelled due to rain in the Peoria area. The game will not be made up because the two teams are not scheduled to play each other again in the first half of the season.
The next Silver Hawks home game is Tuesday, May 26th at 6:30 PM Eastern against the Beloit Snappers. Pitching matchups are still to be announced, as the rain out today will influence the starting matchups. Pregame coverage begins at 6:10 PM on 1620 ESPN Radio and online at www.silverhawks.com.
