Eric Tin is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BA in Criminal Justice/Graphic Design and Johns Hopkins University with a Masters in Special Education - Mild/Moderate Disabilities. He currently holds his USSF "B" License, the USSF National Youth License, NSCAA Regional Goalkeeping Diploma, First Aid Certification and CPR/AED Certification.
Eric is currently a teacher in at Tilden Middle School in Rockville, MD and is the Junior Varsity Head Coach at Walter Johnson High School. Other experiences that he brings to Real Maryland, is that he coached with the Bethesda Soccer Club, the Maryland ODP system and Montgomery Soccer Club. David's further experiences include coaching at Henry A. Wise High School and at High Point High School both 4A Divisional schools as both an assistant and as a head coach. Eric's playing experience was as a defender at Stony Brook University.
Jorge Diaz holds licenses from the USSF and NSCAA. He is the former Coach of the U-11 OBGC Tornadoes who were #1 in the state of Maryland, Region I and in the National Rankings in 2008. Jorge will be instrumental in developing the younger age groups at Real Maryland FC.
He has coaching experience at MSI, Seneca Soccer Association, WBGC & OBGC (Olney Soccer), Potomac Soccer, Bethesda Soccer and the High School level. At the High School level he coached both boys and girls. A good portion of Jorge's experience comes as the former Director of Glenmont Soccer and with more than 10 years of youth soccer development experience there. Jorge Diaz is a household name in the greater DC Area and you will find that many players have been coached by him at some stage in their career.
David Russell is a graduate of Howard University with a degree in Chemistry. He is currently a Math teacher at Annapolis Area Christian School in Severn, MD. There he has taught honors courses, facilitated a chess club, supervised the weight room and is the Varsity Coach for the Boys Soccer Team.
He has also been a science teacher at the Landon School in Bethesda, MD where he coached the school soccer and basketball teams. In addition to Severn and Bethesda, David has taught in Gaithersburg as a chemistry teacher where he was the Head Coach for the Junior Varsity Girls Soccer and Basketball Teams.
David currently holds his NSCAA Advanced Regional License and his USSF "D" License. His most memorable moment, besides his daughters being born, was walking on to the Howard University Men's Soccer Team as a goalkeeper. David will be another coach instrumental in the development of the young Future Monarchs.
