
Modesto Sabers To Host Central Valley Kings Tournament

Modesto, CA. The new expansion ABA Modesto Sabers will co-sponsor a basketball tournament to determine which team is the "King of the Central Valley" over six days in six cities in Central California.
"This should be a lot of fun and bring a lot of attention to basketball in the Valley," stated team owner Saber Knott. "We have quite a few teams lined up already." The schedule:
August 2 - Sacramento
August 3 - Stockton
August 9 - Tracy
August 10 - Fresno
August 16 - Merced
August 17 - Manteca
The Championship Round will be played in Modesto on August 30th with a Grand Prize of $2700!
