
MNUFC2 Announces Injury Updates

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- MNUFC2 today announced injury updates on three players: Defender Jason Ramos suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his left leg against the Real Monarchs on August 21, and had successful reparative surgery today, Friday, September 2. Ramos will miss the remainder of the 2022 season with an expected recovery of nine months. Additionally, MNUFC2 midfielder Molik Jesse Khan underwent successful labral repair surgery on his hip and has an estimated recovery of four to six months. Lastly, midfielder Emmanuel Iwe successfully had midfoot ligament reparative surgery on his right foot. Both Khan and Iwe will also miss the remainder of the 2022 season.
The club wishes Jason, Jesse and Emmanuel swift and strong recoveries over the coming months.
