NEW YORK (Friday, Sept. 13, 2019) - The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found New York City FC and Toronto FC in violation of the mass confrontation policy during the 90+ minute of their match on Sept. 11. NYCFC has violated the mass confrontation policy for a second time this season, and the organization and head coach Domènec Torrent have been issued undisclosed fines for their actions. Toronto has also violated the mass confrontation policy for a second time this season, and the organization and head coach Greg Vanney have been issued undisclosed fines for their actions.
