
Minnesota United Retains Prodigy Sports

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Tuesday, September 8th, 2015) -- Minnesota United announced that it has retained Prodigy Sports to assist in filling the club's new Director of Corporate Partnerships position. This position is a key part of United's move to Major League Soccer (MLS), selling sponsorable assets and developing relationships with local and national businesses.
Prodigy Sports is a sports and entertainment industry-specific firm that focuses on senior-level executive search and placement. Prodigy Sports has consistently partnered with top industry organizations including the NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, MLS as well as many iconic teams, agencies and entertainment companies. Their prior placements include roles such as CEO, President, Sr. Vice President and numerous other executive level positions.
The Director of Corporate Partnerships will sell Minnesota United partnerships which include game day, naming rights, jersey sponsorship, broadcast and Web integration, the Bielenberg Sports Complex in Woodbury, and community outreach and events.
