UNCASVILLE, CT. - It was announced today that the New England Black Wolves has signed Mike Byrne to a two-year agreement. Most recently, in August of 2019 Byrne was signed to a one-year contract.

Per team policy, no details were released.

"Mike is one of the hardest working and coachable players I've ever been around," general manager and head coach Glenn Clark said. "His teammates love how he plays an honest game. He continues to work at his craft and become a full-time NLL Player."

Over the course of two seasons in the NLL, the Western Ontario graduate has competed in three games as a defender, has collected 12 loose balls, 10 of which he tallied in just two games this past season. Byrne has also caused two turnovers and even attempted 15 faceoffs for the Pack in his first season.
