Miami FC Announces Ticket Package

Miami, April 28, 2010 - With the rebirth of a rivalry taking place this weekend, electricity is in the air! Miami FC is preparing an exciting game day atmosphere for family, friends and fans for the anticipating match against the visiting FC Tampa Bay Rowdies on May 1 at Lockhart Stadium.

The team is announcing a special ticket deal for all groups for this Saturday's match only. When groups of eight or more buy tickets to the game this weekend, they will receive free tickets, good for any remaining regular season home match of their choice.

Tickets are currently being sold for $12 and $5 for children at the gate.

Miami FC is also teaming up with a number of sponsors to help create the ultimate tailgate experience for fans:

-Weston Town Center will be have up to eight hospitality tents with food, cigars and great giveaways.

-Play n' Trade will be launching the new FIFA World Cup South Africa Game, available for sale to fans, while also having a number of different video games available for those in attendance to play.

-Good Spirits will be providing sugar-free mixers, cups and ice for complimentary pre-game cocktails which can be mixed with premium spirits brought to fans by Regalia Vodka.

-Speed Shop will be at exhibiting a selection of exotic cars and engine displays for fans to check out and enjoy.

-Holy Mackerel Beer, a new sponsor for the club, will be sampling its beer to the fans.

-Dunkin' Donuts will be providing gift certificates, good for a dozen donuts, as well as interacting with kids and families at a special display.

-There will also be a foot volley exhibition game, as these world class athletes demonstrate how the game is played.

Live music to pump up fans will cap the tailgate experience!

Fans are encouraged to arrive at Lockhart Stadium early in order to enjoy all the pre-game festivities and giveaways as the team prepares to welcome in a new era of this historic in-state rivalry.

Game time against FC Tampa Bay is set for 7:30 p.m. at Lockhart Stadium.
