Mesa to host breast cancer awareness night

MESA, ARIZONA -The Mesa Miners are teaming up with the Phoenix affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation at HoHoKam Park on Saturday, August 6 to help promote breast cancer awareness.

Half of all the ticket sales for the game on August 6 will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation by the Mesa Miners. Tickets range from $5.00 to $13.00 and can be purchased by calling 480-39-MINER.

"The Mesa Miners are proud to be teamed up with a great organization like the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation," said Greg Coleman, Vice President of the Golden Baseball League-Phoenix region. "Our breast cancer awareness night on August 6 is another way that our fans have an opportunity to help out an important organization."
