Memphis, Tenn. - The Alliance of American Football's Memphis Express will partner with the Downtown Memphis Commission, Bird, and Explore Bike Share to deliver a token of appreciation within 30 minutes to fans purchasing tickets January 14-18 who make their order by calling 901-881-3344.
Starting Monday, January 14 and running through Friday, January 18, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm CT, fans who call 901-881-334 to purchase either season tickets or the new two-game bundle, featuring the Memphis Express home opener on February 16 against the Arizona Hotshots and another game of their choice, will receive a hand-delivered gift within 30 minutes of their order.
"As a team built on speed, efficiency and accuracy, we are excited to put those principles to the test in order to show our gratitude for those in Downtown Memphis who come aboard the Express for our inaugural football season," said Greg Herring, vice president of marketing, Memphis Express. "Just like our players, our staff has been training and is ready to deliver."
To qualify, orders must be placed over the phone from within Downtown Memphis using much of the Central Business Improvement District (CBID) as the delivery zone. "We are super excited to help support our newest sports team and Downtown neighbors, the Memphis Express," said Penelope Huston, vice president of marketing, Downtown Memphis Commission. "And we love that the promotion is running throughout Downtown - what an awesome perk for anyone living or working in the CBID!"
The Memphis Express opens its season on February 10 with a visit to The Birmingham Iron. The Memphis Express opens its home schedule on February 16, hosting the Arizona Hotshots led by head coach Rick Neuheisel.
