
Memphis 901 FC Signs Four Academy Players

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Memphis 901 FC announced the signing of four academy prospects, pending league and federation approval.
Forwards Simeon Betapudi and Matt Brucker and midfielder Max Talley, will return to Memphis 901 FC after competing with the team during the 2021 season. The three returning academy players are joined by midfielder Aaron O'Malley to round out the group.
Betapudi, 17, returns for his second academy season and played club soccer for Memphis FC.
Brucker, 17, appeared in one match for Memphis 901 FC last season and played club soccer locally with Germantown Legends.
Talley, 17, appeared in 2 matches for Memphis 901 FC last season and played club soccer locally with Germantown Legends and won a state championship with Houston High School.
O'Malley, 18, was part of the 2021 Houston High School State Championship team and has played club soccer locally with Germantown Legends.
As academy signings, Betapudi, Brucker, Talley and O'Malley will maintain their eligibility while being able to work and train with an experienced group of players.
