
Meet HOF Mike Schmidt at KeySpan Park

On Thursday, June 19, Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt will be at KeySpan Park, in conjunction with Prostate Awareness Night. Schmidt will throw out the game's ceremonial first pitch, and and will sign free autographs for a limited number of fans. The first 2,000 fans into the ballpark will receive giant Mike Schmidt baseball cards (Schmidt will only sign autographs on the giant baseball cards).
Mike Schmidt was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1995, after a career in which he hit 548 home runs and won 10 gold gloves. Schmidt was a 12-time All Star and three-time National League MVP.
