Maulers hold contest to name dance team

Montgomery, AL â The Montgomery Maulers Indoor Football team is looking for help from the general public in selecting a name for their dance team. "We have no idea what to name the dancers, so we figured what a fun way to get the fans personally involved with the team," commented owner, Jamie LaMunyon.
The winner will receive dinner for two, two VIP tickets to the April 23rd game with transportation being provided by a stretch limousine. If more than one person submits the winning name, a random drawing will occur to select the winner.
To submit ideas for a name for the dance team, fill out the contest form located at the Maulers website at www.montgomerymaulers.com. The contest will end April 20 with the winning name being announced at the April 23rd home game.
An expansion franchise in the National Indoor Football League (NIFL), the Montgomery Maulers offer seven nights of hard-hitting, high-scoring, "edge of your seat" excitement at historic Garrett Coliseum. The next home game is Saturday, April 23 against the Fayetteville Guard.
