San Diego Mojo News Release
The San Diego Mojo travel to the east coast to play the Orlando Valkyries for the fourth and final time this season. San Diego can clinch the third seed in the Pro Volleyball Federation playoffs with a win in Orlando. The Mojo have topped the Valkyries twice this season, including each of the last two contests. All three of the previous matches between the squads have been five setters.

San Diego Mojo Outlook
San Diego clinched a postseason berth and are looking to lock up the No. 3 seed with a win in Orlando. San Diego started the season 1-5 and have won 10 of their last 16 matches. Temi Thomas-Ailara led the Mojo scoring effort against Columbus with a match-high 20 kills and added 12 digs for her 10th double-double of the season. Lindsey Vander Weide had 17 kills on 39 swings (.435), and Ali Bastienalli scored 10 points with five kills, two service aces and three blocks. Nootsara Tomkom had a match-high 50 assists with 10 digs, while Ronika Stone had nine kills and three blocks.
Thomas-Ailara is averaging 3.71 kills per set, the sixth-best mark in the league, while Stone tops the league with a .338 hitting percentage and leads the Mojo with 13 service aces. Ali Bastianelli is fifth in the PVF with 52 blocks, just ahead of Stone's 51. Nootsara Tomkom is third in the league in assists per set (10.49) and total assists (860) and Shara Venegas ranks fourth in the league in digs per set at 3.67 and total digs with 327.
Orlando Valkyries Outlook
Orlando has lost their last seven matches, including two against the Mojo. The Valkyries last played on May 1, falling in five sets at Vegas.
Adora Anae ranks fourth in the league with 311 kills and Kaz Brown leads the league with 66 blocks. Wilma Rivera is the primary setter, totaling 669 assists on the year and 8.58 per set. Rivera and Anae are tied for second in the league with 21 assists each, while Georgia Murphy ranks second in the league with 348 digs and Anae is fifth with 290.
