Langley, BC - Vancouver FC will host their final derby at Willoughby Park this season against Pacific FC. The match is Vancouver's BC Proud Derby match, in celebration of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

MATCH STORYLINES:

Return of Wero: Wero Díaz will face his former club, Pacific, for the first time since returning to the CPL. Díaz spent the better part of three seasons with PAC, making 62 total appearances and scoring 31 goals in all competitions which set the club record at the time. Since joining VFC, Díaz has made five consecutive starts and scored two goals.

Historic Derbies: The early contests in the VFC x PAC derby have both been chapters for the VFC history books, with the first match being Mainland-side's inaugural season opener at PAC. In the second meeting and first derby at Willoughby Park, the two teams broke the CPL record for the most total goals scored in a single match with nine.

Bodies on the Line: VFC's Min-jae Kwak (36) and James Cameron (34) currently ranked first and second, respectively, for tackles won in the CPL. In the blocks category, Ibrahim Bakare leads the league with 17 and Rocco Romeo is currently ranked third (14).
