February 27, 2014 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Utica Comets News Release
The Utica Comets have announced their promotional schedule for the remaining home games of the 2013-14 season. Giveaways, a jersey auction, and special meet-and-greet opportunities give Comets fans plenty of reasons to keep coming out the The AUD.
All Wednesday games (March 5, April 16) will continue to be College Nights with $12 tickets - with a valid student ID - and $2 Labatt Blue and Blue Light drafts. At the March 5 game, fans that download the Dunkin Donuts app on their smart phone can show it at the box office for a $12 ticket as well. Plus if the Comets win on that night, fans can bring their ticket stub to Dunkin Donuts on March 6 for a free medium coffee.
The Comets will celebrate St. Patrick's Day on March 7 with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in town. The team will be sporting special green jerseys that will be auctioned off following the game.
On Sunday, March 23, the first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a Comets pennant courtesy of New York State Tool. Following the game, all Comets players will be available for an autograph session. The following Sunday, March 30, fans will be able to skate with Comets players following their game against Iowa. All kids wearing their youth hockey jersey to the game can purchase a ticket for only $5.
Friday, April 18 is Fan Appreciation Night and the first 1,000 fans will take home a Darren Archibald bobblehead from New York State Tool. All fans in attendance will be given a Comets team poster courtesy of Labatt Blue.
