
Mammoth to Hold Practive at Pepsi Center

Denver, Colo. - The Colorado Mammoth will hold its final preseason practice today from 10:00 am - 12 Noon at Pepsi Center. The quest for the Champion's Cup begins tonight when the Mammoth hosts the San Jose Stealth.
The Mammoth will celebrate its 2003 Eastern Division Championship with a pre-game ceremony prior to tonight's game. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 6:50 pm to witness the unveiling of the team's first division championship banner and enjoy the entire pre-game celebration. Pepsi Center doors will open at 5:45 pm. Face-off is at 7:00 pm.
Led by National Lacrosse League MVP Gary Gait, the Mammoth will open the 2004 season tomorrow night when the San Jose Stealth comes to the Mile High City. During the off-season, the NLL announced new divisional alignments. Teams playing in the Eastern Division include Buffalo, Philadelphia, Rochester and Toronto. The Mammoth was moved to the Western Division, playing with Anaheim, Arizona, Calgary, San Jose and Vancouver.
