Mallards Open Training Camp Tomorrow

MOLINE, Ill. (October 1, 2015) - The Quad City Mallards will open their 2015 training camp tomorrow at the adjusted start time of 10:00 a.m. at the iWireless Center, the Mallards announced today.

The Mallards' Saturday morning session has also been shifted to 10:00 a.m. The Mallards will return to the ice Friday and Saturday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. as originally scheduled.

The Mallards will prepare for their second ECHL season with double sessions at the iWireless Center the first five days of camp. Camp will move to the River's Edge in Davenport for single practices Wednesday, October 7 through Saturday, October 10.

After visiting the Indy Fuel for a preseason game on Sunday, October 11, the Mallards will return to the Quad Cities to wrap up camp at the River's Edge on Tuesday, October 13 and Wednesday, October 14. The full training camp schedule (subject to change) is detailed below.

All training camp sessions are open to the public free of charge. The i wireless Center is located at 1201 River Drive in Moline, while the River's Edge is located at 700 West River Drive in Davenport.

The Mallards will begin their nineteenth season on the road against the defending champion Allen Americans on Friday, October 16 before returning to the Quad Cities to play their home opener on Friday, October 23 at 7:05 p.m. against the Tulsa Oilers.
