
Mallards Announce Date for Annual First Pitch Event

Madison, Wis. - March 12, 2015. The Madison Mallards will host their annual first pitch event on Sunday, April 12th at 3:00 pm at the Warner Park Community Recreation Center.
At this event the Mallards will be unveiling the 2015 promotional schedule including bobbleheads, celebrities, and additional entertainment.
Speakers at the event will include Mallards Owner Steve Schmitt, President Vern Stenman, COO Conor Caloia, and General Manager Tyler Isham. A question and answer session about the Mallards will follow the event.
Mallards PA Announcer Rich Reynolds will emcee the event.
This family friendly event will include ballpark food and soda and will be open to the public, free of charge. Mallards Mascot Maynard G. Mallard will be in attendance as well as plenty of kids activities.
7-Game Packs and merchandise can be purchased at the event as the Mallards sales staff will be on-hand to assist fans and answer questions.
The Madison Mallards open the season at home on Tuesday, May 26th at 7:05 pm as they take on the Kalamazoo Growlers. Mallards single-game tickets will go on-sale on Saturday, April 25th at 9:00 am.
