After a week of practice ended for the Magic, Head Coach Schuyler "Skyler" Anderson commented "After a sluggish first half against Laredo I feel our guys responded in the second half. Now we need to build upon the second half momentum and play all four quarters on the offense and defense side of the ball."
Coach Anderson also commented on the rivalry with Corpus Christi "I'm not only familiar to the Hammerhead players but coaching staff as well. I played and coached with head coach Stephen Fillmore. Monday's game pits us against a team close in distance which is looking to be a good rivalry."
Magic games home and away can be heard on 840 AM Fox Sports Radio with a 15 minute pre-game show hosted by play-by-play voice Ric Miller.
