
M-Braves Announce Featured Promotions for 2011

Mississippi Braves News Release
Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves announced today a renewed emphasis on promotions, contests, special events, mascot appearances and celebrity appearances during the 2011 season at Trustmark Park.
"Our goal is to have the best and most exciting promotional lineup in all of professional baseball at Trustmark Park in 2011", stated M-Braves General Manager Steve DeSalvo. We are bringing in an unprecedented number of mascot and celebrity entertainment acts and every night (all 70 home games), will be a âspecial event' with an enormous amount of activities taking place, all for our âQuest to be the Best" in 2011."
The Mississippi Braves are bringing back fan favorites like Friday Night Fireworks, FamilyFest Sundays, and Thirsty Thursdays, but also returning in 2011 will be Dollar Dog Mondays and 2 for Tuesdays.
The Mississippi Braves will again bring in former Atlanta Braves players for appearances and there will be a series of Bobblehead Doll giveaway nights featuring former Mississippi Braves. In addition, the M-Braves will be announcing specific dates for the following promotions:

Many additional promotions and special events will be scheduled in the coming months, but in addition, the M-Braves will provide an unprecedented number of pre-game, in-game, between inning, and post-game promotions and contests. The Braves will feature pre-game entertainment, new contests during the game where fans can win big prizes, year long free sweepstakes, new and exciting between inning games, post game entertainment on select Saturday nights, Baseball Bingo during select games, and Kids Run The Bases on Sundays. Fans can look forward to the Lucky 7 Inning, a Safe at Home contest (fans try to roll a baseball from 2nd base to attempt to have it land on home plate), The Triple Play Inning, and the Throwin' Gas Inning. With all of these contests, fans have a chance to win big prizes.
Trustmark Park promises to be "THE" destination spot for families for the most affordable, fan friendly, fun entertainment in Mississippi for 2011.
