Lynn Family Stadium Lights up Green to Offer Hope
March 24, 2020 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Louisville City FC News Release
Last night, the lights at Lynn Family Stadium were turned green as a signal of hope for our city during this period of social distancing as a response to COVID-19. The lights will be green each night this week (and possibly next) as our city continues to fight the pandemic.
We joined the team at Waterfront Park, which lit up the Big Four Bridge in green Sunday night. Green is the color of hope, compassion, empathy, and renewal.
In addition, Louisville City has been displaying encouraging/informative messages on the big screen at Lynn Family Stadium over the past week (images below).
We have set up a FAQ for our fans here: LouCity.com/COVID19
And set up ways to help for LouCity fans here: Ways to Help Our Neighbors
If you'd like more about these outreach efforts or to schedule a live shot, email howie@loucity.com or call/text 502-727-8702.
