LW Max Friberg Recalled by Anaheim

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Gulls announced today that LW Max Friberg has been recalled by the Anaheim Ducks, San Diego's National Hockey League affiliate.
Friberg, 23 (11/20/92), has appeared in 20 games with San Diego this season, recording 5-10=15 points with two penalty minutes (PIM). At the time of his recall, Friberg ranked tied for fourth on the team in points and assists. An alternate captain for the Gulls, Friberg was previously recalled by Anaheim on Nov. 3, going scoreless in five games with the Ducks. A native of Skovde, Sweden, the 5-11, 200-pound winger has appeared in 158 career AHL games, notching 38-58- points with 103 PIM.
