Lumberjacks Announce Broadcast Schedule

Bangor, ME- The Bangor Lumberjacks and Lighthouse Sports Network announced today the broadcast schedule for the Lumberjacks 2004 season. LSN will carry 46 of the Lumberjacks home games over the course of the year.

Lighthouse Sports Network can be heard on WHCF 88.5 FM in Bangor and 102.7 FM in Presque Isle. Select games can be heard on WHMX 105.7 FM in Lincoln and 100.5 FM in Waterville.

Wayne Frost returns for his second season as voice of the Lumberjacks this summer. A veteran of the microphone, Wayne has done play-by-play for many sports including basketball, volleyball, and football, but will be calling his favorite sport this summer with the Lumberjacks. Frost lived 12 years in Guam, broadcasting baseball games back to the island nation from as far away as Kissimmee, FL and basketball games from Japan.

Season Tickets and Pack Tickets are on sale now at the Jacks store in the Bangor Mall. The Lumberjacks begin the 2004 season on the road in New Jersey, and open at home on Thursday, June 3 at the new John Winkin Baseball Complex on the campus of Husson College in Bangor.
