Lumberjacks Announce 2013-14 Promotional Schedule

MUSKEGON, Michigan (August 27th) - The Muskegon Lumberjacks are excited to announce their 2013-14 promotional schedule for the 30 home regular season games that features several popular returning promotions along with other new theme night additions. Additionally, the Lumberjacks are thrilled to announce the return of the Red Wings Alumni Game slated for Friday, January 11th at the L.C. Walker Arena.

Notable main promotions returning from the 2012-13 season include:

"Jacks Win You Win" (Every first Friday home game of the month)

If the Lumberjacks win that night, every fan in attendance will received a $5 gift card courtesy of Sport Clips.

Rock the Arena Happy Hour (Every home game this season)

From when the doors first open until the opening puck drop, Rolling Rock beer, popcorn, and soda will be sold for only $2 each. This promotion is presented by Rock 101.7 FM WMRR.

Subway Saturdays (Every Saturday home game this season)

If the Lumberjacks win, every fan can redeem their ticket stubs at any participating Subway location for a buy-one sandwich, get-one sandwich of equal or lesser value free.

Muskegon begins preseason play in the USHL Atlantic Challenge in New Jersey set for September 6-8th against the Waterloo Black Hawks (September 6th at 5:00 pm), Sioux City Musketeers (September 7th at 3:30 pm), and Sioux Falls Stampede (September 8th at 11:00 am). The following weekend, the Lumberjacks will participate in the USHL Fall Classic East in Indianapolis, Indiana to conclude their preseason against the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders (September 14th at 4:45 pm) and host Indiana Ice (September 15th at 5:45 pm).

The Lumberjacks will begin their 2013-14 regular season campaign on Saturday, September 21st in Green Bay against the Gamblers at 8:05 pm with their home opener slated for the following weekend on Saturday, September 28th against the Indiana Ice at 7:15 pm.

Season ticket packages for the 2013-14 season are still on sale for the low price of $225 for adults and $150 for children ages 3-12 for the 30 home games provided next season along with individual tickets.
