
Lovell leaves Havoc

HUNTSVILLE, AL - Huntsville Havoc forward, Joe Lovell, has left the team to pursuer a job opportunity in his hometown of Norwood, Massachusetts just outside of Boston.
Lovell (5-8, 170) joined the Havoc on January 22 after being released from the Memphis Riverkings of the CHL. He had played in 12 games but had yet to score a point. He was a -8 and had 16 penalty minutes. He played in seven games with Memphis and two with the Richmond Riverdogs of the UHL earlier in the season. He played in 105 games from 2000-2004 at Bentley College and scored 23 goals and had 55 assists for 78 total points.
Huntsville will host the Fayetteville Fire Antz on Thursday as Bill Penney Toyota/Mitsubishi presents "Hockey Night in Huntsville." Fans can enjoy $2.00 beer and $1.00 hot dogs and sodas.
