LouCity's 2024 Preseason Schedule Set; Two Home Games Open to Fans

The run up to Louisville City FC's 10th anniversary season will include two chances for fans to see the boys in purple before their 2024 campaign officially kicks off.

A limited number of season ticket members will get access to LouCity's March 2 preseason friendly with Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC, a USL Championship rival, at Thurman Hutchins Park. STMs will receive an email in the coming weeks with more information on attending.

A week later, on March 9, Lynn Family Stadium will open for City's final preseason game against One Knoxville SC from USL League One. General admission tickets will go on sale for $10 the week of the game at LouCity.com and via SeatGeek.

LouCity will play five other preseason games, with details including live updates and any available streaming links available through the club's social media accounts.

"We're excited to get back to training and know these games will have our team prepared to kick off the regular season," said coach Danny Cruz. "This year's schedule worked out so that we have a pair of preseason games in front of our fans. We're looking forward to seeing everyone and showing the results of a lot of hard work to be done over the next couple months."

LouCity returns to the pitch next week to open preseason camp. Other fixtures include a Feb. 3 trip to play Major League Soccer's Austin FC before time spent in Tucson, Arizona. There, the boys in purple will face USL Championship foes El Paso Locomotive FC (Feb. 7) and Sacramento Republic FC (Feb. 12).

Games against MLS' St. Louis CITY SC (Feb. 15) and USL League One's Lexington SC (Feb. 18) are also set for Cruz and company this preseason.

LouCity's regular season starts March 16 at El Paso before the club welcomes Pittsburgh for the 2024 home opener on March 23.
