Los Angeles Stars post big numbers in lost to Fresno Heatwave

The Los Angeles Stars ended up 2 points short Sunday night to the Fresno Heatwave. The Stars had another big game from Rudy Williams (31points and 21 rebounds), Ramel Lloyds (34 points), Tyrone Merriweather (17 points & 17 rebounds).

Stars Point Guard, AJ Diggs, kept the Heatwave defense in check by breaking them down and dishing off to the big men and guards as he finished with a career high of 13 assists.

The Heatwave was led by Eric Meche (26 points) as well as 25 points scored by Terri Miller (6 rebounds) and another 25 by Myron Allen. Demetrius Porter finished with 18 points and 9 assists.

The Stars fall to 3-2 and the Heatwave to 4-3. The next event for the Stars will be against the Long Beach Jam in the Stars Home Opener at Taft High School in Woodland Hills, CA vs. Master P and the Long Beach Jam. This game is scheduled for Wednesday, December 8th, 7:30pm.
