Loons Rank Among Best in MiLB Mobile App

MIDLAND, Mich. - The Great Lakes Loons were a top performer among Minor League Baseball teams with the "Inside the Park" mobile app. The Loons had their app viewed more than any another team during the 2015 season.

According to figures released by the MiLB, the Loons Inside the Park app had 35,942 total page views, which ranks 1st out of 160 teams. Of those views, 27,692 were on iOS and 8,250 were using Android devices.

The Loons also ranked 3rd in the MiLB in total visits at 12,589 (9,141 iOS/3,438 Android), as well as 7th in unique visitors with 1,332 (880 iOS/452).

Earlier this month, MiLB.TV data was also distributed and the Great Lakes Loons home streams had an average of 332.8 viewers per game, roughly 16 viewers above the MiLB average (316.3). It was the 28th most-watched stream out of the 78 teams who work with MiLB.TV.

Unique visitors were also measured for MiLB.TV partners with the Loons averaging 114.1 unique viewers during each home game. Overall, the Loons had 2,471 unique viewers during the 2015 season.
