
Lookouts Knot Up Series With Stars

Huntsville Stars News Release
Following a 50-minute rain delay, the Huntsville Stars fell to the Chattanooga Lookouts by a final score of 5-3 on Thursday night at Joe Davis Stadium. Stars starting pitcher Brian Baker took the hard-pressed loss in his first start in a Huntsville uniform, giving up four runs (three earned) on six hits in six innings pitched. On offense, the Stars were held to just one run and one hit until the eighth inning, where the Stars scored two runs on a RBI groundout by second baseman Scooter Gennett and an RBI single by Hunter Morris to make the score 5-3. Lookouts closer Stephen Ames shut down the door for a four-out save, his ninth on the season.
The Stars and Lookouts will play the deciding game of their three-game seriem at Joe Davis Stadium on Friday. First pitch is at 6:43 PM.
