
Local Charities to Pitch for a Win During All-Star Celebration

Tucson, AZ - The Tucson Toros will be helping out local charities in addition to hosting great baseball during the 3-day International All-Star Celebration from July 12-14 with an on going First Pitch fundraising event.
Qualifying Tucson non-profits will be assigned two hour segments beginning at 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 12th and continuing to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14.
During their time blocks, designated organizations will have the opportunity to allow their supporters to throw a first pitch at Hi Corbett Field for a minimum $3 charitable donation. The Toros goal is to raise $1,000 per hour for 43 continuous hours to raise $43,000 in total for Tucson area non-profit organizations.
