Two players, one on each side of the goal, alternately pass four pucks each to a shooter twenty-five feet out from the goal line. The shooter, four per team, has a maximum of twenty seconds to shoot up to eight pucks in an attempt to hit each of the four targets. Any contact of a target by a puck that is shot is scored as a hit. Multiple hits on the same target do not increase the shooter's score. Passes that are not received by the shooter qualify as attempts.

CINTAS RAPID FIRE---Each goaltender will face two alternating shooters at a time from the opposing team. Attempting to score, shooters, at the whistle, take five shots each, alternating one at a time. All ten shots must be completed within twenty seconds. Only wrist shots and snap shots are permitted. The blade of the shooter's stick is not permitted to be drawn above the waist except in the follow-through after the shot is taken. Violations of this rule will disallow goals scored in this manner. The shooter must wait for the sound of the whistle as a signal to shoot each puck. The goaltender must be positioned so that both of his skates are touching or inside the goal crease at all times. A goal may be awarded for each violation of the rule.

LACKS PASS AND SCORE---Three pucks are placed across the center red line. At the Referee's whistle, three players leave the red line with one puck and attempt to score on the opposing goalie. All three players must touch the puck at least once (minimum of two passes) before the puck is shot at the net. Each heat of players has 30 seconds to complete three attempts to score three goals. Slapshots are not allowed. Rebounds are not allowed.

LAREDO NATIONAL BANK BREAKAWAY RELAY---Skaters are separated into three groups of five skaters per team. Each group has one minute in which each skater in that group must take a puck from the center ice face-off dot and proceed in a breakaway against the goalie of the opposing team. Teams will alternate groups. Each goalie faces one group of five skaters. A skater in any group may not proceed from the center ice face-off dot on his breakaway until the skater preceding him has cleared the blue line and entered the neutral zone after his breakaway attempt.
