The Evansville BlueCats would like to announce that all fans and friends of the BlueCats are invited to be a part of the Official Road Game Listening Party at Crawdaddy's on Sunday, July 23rd. Crawdaddy's is located at 1st and Walnut in downtown Evansville and is part of the Riverhouse complex. If you love BlueCats football and would like to tune into the game, come on out to Crawdaddy's on Sunday and join the excitement of playoff football and your Evansville BlueCats. Join your fellow BlueCats fans as they listen to the game on ESPN Radio 94.9 with Jimmie Ford and Nick Hart broadcasting live from Sioux Falls. Pregame show starts at about 2:45pm, kickoff is set for 3:05pm.
Crawdaddy's menu will feature special BBQ selections for the event. Drink specials include $1 draft beer and $5 bloody Mary's all day long.
The BlueCats will be traveling to South Dakota to take on the Sioux Falls Storm in the semi-finals of the 2006 UIF Playoffs. The #5 seeded BlueCats defeated the #4 ranked Omaha Beef last weekend 37-15 to advance on step closer to United Bowl II. Sioux Falls boasts the top seed heading into the game against the BlueCats after receiving a bye in the first round of the playoffs. This will mark the second meeting of the season for these two teams, with the Storm edging out the BlueCats 33-26 in their first contest just two weeks ago. Show your support for the BlueCats this Sunday afternoon and help cheer them to victory.
